| | Step #1. Take your base, in this case it's Evangeline Lilly in Lost. Sharpen it if needed. If it's really dark, add a screen layer to make it about as dark as my base. |
| | Step #2. Open up curves. (Layer --> Colors --> Curves) Value x:31 y:0 x:149 y:198 x:229 y:255 Red x:9 y:0 x:200 y:192 Blue x:19 y:0 x:192 y:255 |
| | Step #3. Make a new layer, set it to 'Overlay' 100%, and fill it with #b8b8b8. |
| | Step #4. I guess that's ok, but Kate is looking really pale. Merge all the layers. (Image --> Flatten Image) Go to Hue/Saturation (Layer --> Colors --> Hue/Saturation) and up the satuation +60. |
